First and foremost if you’re looking to sell or buy I would recommend Cole and his team 100x over. I can’t say there’s a better team. We relocated from Alabama to Maryland and it was the smoothest transition. Most of the time the home buying process is a hassle, it’s stressful, well, not in this case. I have known Cole most of my life and he has always been passionate about what he’s doing whether that’s his military career, being a devoted husband/father, and now a realtor. Now he takes that same passion and ensures your home buying or selling experience is as easy and stress free as can be. Cole not only made sure all of our wants and needs were met but he stayed in touch even after our house was purchased. I just bought my 3rd house and he made the process so easy for me. This was the first time I had to sell my house and buy a new house. He put my house on the market and I got an offer within 24 hours. He put all my fears to bed when I was wondering if my house would sell so I could buy my dream house. As a single mom, I don't have a lot of help and he did everything for me, even refered me to some college kids to help me move! My cat sitter bailed on me so he let me bring him to settlement. Buying a house is stressful but Rob took all the stress off my shoulders so I could just concentrate on packing and moving. Thanks Rob! You're the best!
